Wk 3 Day 4: Hauora (Imoko)

This is how I stay Healthy:

1: I get plenty of Sleep
2: I Excercise alot
3: I eat Fruits
4: I drink lots of Water
5: I eat enough Meat

These are the ways I stay healthy.

  2. It could be making sure that I have plenty of sleep. I get up early every morning so I must make sure that I go to sleep early too.
